When it comes to meditation I’m a bit of a hypocrite. I’m well aware of the benefits and have practiced it off and on for years – but I struggle to make it a daily habit, yet I’m quick to suggest it to others. When I DO practice mindfulness, Headspace is my go to app. It’s been on my phone for years!
